SBG felt the need to align and standardize the various operational profitability analysis tools used by decision makers.

The SBG already had tools to generate this information, but they did not meet the current standards required for decision-making, that is, speed of availability, ease of consultation and maximum information and detail in the data made available, which is why it was asked to several suppliers to present a quick and reliable solution in the generation of this information.

OASM Consulting was one of the companies that presented a solution, having been chosen to fulfill this challenge.

After a few months of the project, it was possible to put the P&L Group solution into production at the Super Bock Group. The solution is characterized by being configurable by the users and by allowing their complete autonomy in the execution of the various P&L configuration and generation processes through the provision of a cockpit.

The solution was developed to take full advantage of the in-memory technology of the SAP HANA database. It is currently possible to perform in a few hours and automatically what previously took several days and had many manual processes.
